Founded in 1956, United Rehabilitation Services (URS) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for children, adults, and seniors with developmental or acquired disabilities in the Greater Dayton area. Our comprehensive, person-centered programs provide a full continuum of care, from early childhood education to adult day services and vocational training. Accredited by CARF International and gold star rated by Ohio’s Step Up to Quality program, URS focuses on fostering independence, inclusion, and community engagement. Located at 4710 Old Troy Pike in Dayton, our state-of-the-art facility empowers nearly 1,000 individuals annually to achieve their highest potential.
