i9 Sports North Dayton

I am the new i9 Sports franchise owner serving the greater Dayton North region, proudly launching our first season this spring in Huber Heights.

A veteran of the U.S. Army (6 years active duty) and Air Force Reserve at Wright-Patterson AFB (6 years), I have spent the past 20 years working as a nurse. When the physician I supported retired unexpectedly last July, I decided to turn that challenge into opportunity by pursuing a lifelong passion: youth sports.

I have coached my own children and others in recreational leagues for over 15 years, including the last three years as a volunteer coach with i9 Sports in central Ohio. i9 Sports is the nation’s largest youth sports provider, operating in 34 states with more than 900 locations and a 25-year track record of making sports fun, convenient, and inclusive for kids of all ages and skill levels.

Opening this franchise allows me to bring that same positive experience to Huber Heights families while being more present for my daughters (ages 9 and 18 months). My mission is simple: help our community’s children develop a love for sports, stay active for life, and learn the values of teamwork and sportsmanship—all in a low-stress, family-friendly format.

I’m excited to partner with the Huber Heights Chamber and local businesses to grow youth sports and make a lasting impact in the community.
