We’re Hiring: Restaurant Equipment Maintenance Technician
Are you a skilled technician with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Restaurant Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our kitchen stays in top shape.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, toasters, brewers, ice makers, dispensers, coolers/freezers, HVAC, exhaust fans/systems)
- Service refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and plumbing components
- Perform preventative maintenance to avoid downtime
- Work closely with kitchen staff and management to prioritize repairs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
- Solid HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
- Plumbing knowledge (fixtures, drains, water lines)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
