Huber Heights rests at the crossroads of America at the I-70/ I-75 interchange.  With over 500 acres of high-traffic retail locations and continuous interest from the developers, the city is prepped for an exciting year and aims to increase usage for future development.

 

Bryan Chodkowski, assistant city manager, sat down with DBJ to discuss its major developments in 2024, new projects opening for bid in the first two quarters of the year, and what’s next for future development.

Projects this year include, Buc-cees, Ohio’s first Buc-cee’s location which will employ nearly 200 local workers; The Reverb, a new housing community across from the Rose Music Center; The Meadows Redevelopment Project on Brandt Pike, this are includes the new city governance & Senior Center.

 

Bryan Chodkowski, assistant city manager for Huber Heights, divulged plans to utilize 2024 projects for additional development opportunities as well as diving into upcoming projects opening for bid.
