Lois ElrichThis month’s luncheon will be focused on communication. Learn how to communicate more effectively in the workplace and your personal life. Takeaway tools to have the conversations you want and even those you’ve been avoiding. Participants will understand the benefits of applying a behavioral communication assessment model. Lois, a thoughtful listener who asks the right questions to get to the heart of an issue, approaches every client with energy and kindness.
