Please join us for the Star Spangled Parade June 29th beginning at 10 am from Chambersburg Rd and Brandt Pk, and ending at Nebraska Avenue. After the Parade make sure to come back to Thomas Cloud Memorial Park at 4 pm where the celebration continues with Fun,Food Trucks, Kid’s Zone and fireworks at Dusk.

You are invited to attend the Freedom + Fellowship Celebration on Sunday June 30th from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm at the Eichelberger Amphitheater located at 8625 Brandt Pike. Tina Marker is founder & president of Windward Design Group LLC — an integrated marketing, PR, branding, and media relations firm. In addition, she is founder of Next Level Presenters LLC and provides group training for high impact professional presence including: body language, networking etiquette, personal branding, presentation skills, crisis communications, and media relations. She is passionate about her businesses and has more than 25 years of leadership experience with a focus on small businesses, government, nonprofits, women owned businesses, and entrepreneurial startups.
Professional career experience prior to her business startup in 2008 includes leadership roles for a large, quasi-politic agency with a budget of $40 million. She also led the marketing division of a $100 million storage, transportation, and relocation business with diverse domestic and international lines of business spanning multiple U.S. cities.
Business awards include the Marcom International Platinum Award (2018); Marcom International Gold Award (2018); Marcom International Platinum Award (2017); Marcom International Platinum Award (2015) Marcom International Gold Honorable Mention Award (2015); and Marcom International Gold Award (2014). She has been awarded the prestigious Hermes/Addy awards Bronze Addy (2013) and Silver Addy (2012) by the American Advertising Federation – Dayton, and both Platinum (2013) and Gold (2012) International Marcom awards through the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. Other awards include American Advertising Federation – Dayton Mercury awards honoree (2010). She was named a Top 25 Women to Watch by Women in Business Networking (2009).
Tina is a member of Greater Ohio Valley Women in Defense and served on its inaugural Communications/PR IPT; Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce, Dayton Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Preble County Chamber of Commerce, Marketing Profs, and American Advertising Federation – Dayton.
Her love for veterans and her hometown of Eaton, Ohio, was challenged from 2012-2017. She founded the community cause group, Preble County Heritage. Tina applied her leadership, marketing, and PR skills to spearhead the arduous task of cutting through government red tape toward the release and return of Preble County’s M4 Sherman Tank. The beloved, circa 1953 military landmark was relocated to the Ohio National Guard in Columbus during a government reorganization. She coordinated efforts with local and state officials, TACOM, and government officials. On September 23, 2017, Tina celebrated success with a huge homecoming and rededication parade for “Ms. Preble” in Eaton.
Tina was instrumental in the growth and success of Women in Business Networking and served on its Advisory Board from 2009 to 2013. Other roles with WiBN include marketing and branding advisor (2008-2014); Growing as a Leader annual conference committee (2009-2012); ambassador (2009-2012) founding/charter member of Downtown Morning Toasters (International Toastmasters club); co-captain of marketing and public relations committee (2009-2013); Entrepreneur Group #3 facilitator (2010-2011); Lunch N Learn guest speaker; Koffee Talks facilitator; and chair of WiBN’s Rock the Pink Ribbon team for the American Cancer Society’s Annual Making Strides Walk (2008-2012).
She believes in giving back to the community. Additional board and committee contributions include: Preble County Historical Society board trustee and marketing chair (2013-2107). Life Essentials Sponsorship Committee (2013); Ronald McDonald House Doors of Compassion Sponsorship Committee (2012-2014); Conference Planner – School of Engineering | Women, University of Dayton Sweats to Suits Conference (2010); American Heart Association Go Red Executive Committee (2008-2012); Hannah’s Treasure Chest board/chair (2008-2011); VP of Public Relations for Downtown Morning Toasters (toastmasters club 2009-2011); AAF membership committee (2010); and co-chair of Rock Her Pink breast cancer fundraiser (2011).
Tina graduated magna cum laude from Nyack College with a bachelor of science in business management, and marketing and public relations focus.
