Introduction

The Huber Heights Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Program plays a pivotal role in bridging our Chamber with the local business community. Ambassadors are key to promoting the Chamber’s values, enhancing member engagement, and fostering business growth throughout Huber Heights. This document outlines the essential requirements and guidelines for all members aspiring to become ambassadors of the Chamber.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Ambassador Program, candidates must be active members in good standing with the Huber Heights Chamber of Commerce, demonstrate a commitment to the local business community, and possess a willingness to actively participate in Chamber events and initiatives.

Detailed Requirements and Guidelines

  • New members must serve a 60 day probationary period.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all Chamber events and meetings.
  • Attend and participate in at least 50% of Chamber events.
  • Demonstrate strong networking skills and engage with community and business leaders.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Chamber’s mission, services, and benefits.
  • Actively promote Chamber membership and encourage member renewals.
  • Provide feedback from the community to help the Chamber serve its members better.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and serve as a role model in the community.
  • Respect the confidentiality of sensitive Chamber and member information.
  • Engage on social media to promote Chamber events and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Ambassadors are expected to fulfill several key responsibilities, including facilitating new member integration, representing the Chamber at community events, and participating in fundraising and member recruitment initiatives.

Terms of Service

Ambassadors serve a one-year term, which may be renewed based on performance and mutual agreement. The Chamber reserves the right to review and adjust the terms of service as needed to ensure the Program’s effectiveness.
