At the February Chamber WINGS our guest speaker was Beth Anspach

At the February Chamber WINGS our guest speaker was Beth Anspach, the Communications Director for the American Heart Association.  Beth was the appropriate speaker choice because February is Heart Month.  She also writes a weekly article in the Dayton Daily News about people in the Huber Heights Community.  In her Go Red for Women talk she covered signs of a heart attack in women, preventative measures and what part heredity plays in heart disease.

Our guest speaker for March 11,2010 is Kathy Nelson from Lifestages for Women.  Her topic is “Eat this, not that”
